We manage 74 homes. Most of them are in Nashville, and we would rather say that plainly than imply an even spread across the map. The counts below come from the same live system that runs the calendars, so they are current rather than a number somebody typed once.
Nashville, Tennessee

Ashland City, Tennessee
1 homeCheatham County, about half an hour from downtown. Worth knowing if you own here: Metro Nashville’s short-term rental rules do not apply to you, which catches out owners who read the Nashville guidance and assume it does.

Whether we are the right manager depends on the market, and in the smaller ones the honest answer is sometimes no — a home two states from our nearest crew is a different proposition from one in East Nashville, and we would rather tell you that up front than find out together.
