30-minute call

Thirty minutes, your property, and a straight answer.

The agenda

What the thirty minutes actually covers.

Four things, in this order. If your questions take us elsewhere, they win.

  • Minutes 1–8

    Your property

Address, beds and baths, parking, and whether it is listed today. If it is already on Airbnb we pull it up while we talk.

  • Minutes 8–16

    What it could earn

Comps on your street at your bedroom count, and the season you are heading into. You get the number and the reasoning, not a national average.

  • Minutes 16–24

    How Boost would run it

Weekly repricing, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning and maintenance coordination, and the Metro permit — for 18% of nightly revenue. Supplies and repairs at the vendor’s actual cost.

  • Minutes 24–30

    What onboarding looks like

Who does what, and how long it takes. Most switching owners are live within 48 hours of handing us listing access; permit transfers follow Metro timelines. A first-time listing takes about two weeks.

Either way

You leave with a revenue read on your specific property.

Whether you hire us or not. It is the part worth your thirty minutes on its own.

A number, with the working shown
What comparable homes on your street book at your bedroom count, and what that implies for a year. Take it to another manager if you like.
A read on the setup you have now
If someone manages the home today, bring one owner statement and we will read the effective rate off it with you, line by line.
The questions to ask anyone else
What the percentage is taken on, what is billed on top, whether vendor invoices carry a markup, how you leave, and who holds the listing and the permit. Our answers are published; ask the same five of every manager you talk to.

Why there is no pressure

Month-to-month, because we believe in earning your business every day.

There is little to decide on the call, because there is little to commit to after it. The agreement runs month to month, so we have to be worth keeping every month.

30 days’ notice
In writing, at any point. No minimum term, no auto-renewing year, no exit fee.
One fee: 18% of nightly revenue
17% from three properties, 16% from five. Supplies and maintenance billed on top at the vendor’s actual cost, no markup. The full pricing.
The listing stays yours
Your Airbnb and Vrbo listings stay on your account, in your name, and the review history stays attached to your home rather than to us.
Permitting is included
The Metro application, inspection and annual renewal come with management; Metro’s own fees are paid by the owner. How permitting works.
You get the owner’s direct line
Not a ticket queue. The person who sets your rates is the one who answers when your home needs a decision.
Nothing is hidden from you
The calendar, the rates, guest messages, reviews and every vendor invoice stay open to you — and you keep the logins to check them yourself.

Who you would be talking to

Chris has walked through how this works on the record.

Two places where someone other than us describes the operation: the software company behind our calendars asked Chris how Boost is set up, and a podcast asked him how he built it.

Hospitable customer story

From a corporate job to running short-term rentals full time

Hospitable is the software that runs our calendars, messaging and automation across every home we manage. They asked Chris to sit down and walk through how Boost actually operates: how guests get answered, what is automated, and what deliberately is not.

“It’s all about automated messaging to me. It makes life so much easier knowing that your process is always followed.”

Honest expectations

It is a 30-minute call, not a sales appointment.

If you have done this with a national manager, you are expecting an hour and a follow-up sequence. That is not what is on the calendar.

  • Thirty minutes on the calendar, and it ends at thirty unless you ask for more
  • A conversation, not a presentation — no slide deck
  • Chris takes it himself; you are not handed to a rep, then handed on again
  • Nothing is signed on the call, or after it until you have read the agreement
  • If Boost is not the right fit, the revenue read is still yours to keep
