What you get

A home, not a long hotel stay.

A furnished monthly rental sits between a nightly booking and a twelve-month lease, and it is the only one of the three built for a stay measured in months.

  • Furnished and ready

Beds made, kitchen stocked with what you cook with, towels and linen, a desk you can actually work at. You arrive with a suitcase.

  • Utilities and Wi-Fi in the rent

Power, water, internet and trash are part of the monthly figure. No accounts to open and nothing to transfer into your name for a stay this length.

  • A whole home, not a room

Your own front door, your own kitchen, your own parking where the home has it. No shared spaces and no host down the hall.

  • One agreement, one end date

A written agreement for a fixed term with a stated end date, rather than a year-long lease you have to break or a nightly booking that gets repriced under you.

  • A person in this city

Something breaks, you text a local team that manages homes here full-time. Not a ticket queue in another time zone.

  • No furniture, no setup, no exit

Nothing to buy, nothing to store, nothing to sell at the end. The cost of the stay is the cost of the stay.

Who stays with us

Not a hotel stay, and not a year-long lease.

Somebody lands in Nashville for a contract, a renovation, a relocation or a treatment plan, and needs a real home for a month or a season.

  • Relocating for work

You have started a job in Nashville and have not bought yet, or the company has moved you for an assignment with an end date on it.

  • Travelling clinicians

A 13-week contract at Vanderbilt, Saint Thomas or HCA, and corporate housing that is either a hotel room or nothing.

  • Out of your house

A renovation that ran long, or an insurance claim after a fire or water damage, and you need somewhere real until the house is done.

  • Between closings

You sold, you have not closed on the next one, and a two-month gap is too long for a hotel and too short for a lease.

  • Production and project crews

A team in town for a build, a shoot or an install, who would rather have a kitchen and a living room than six hotel rooms.

  • Trying the city first

You are deciding whether to move here, and a season in a real neighbourhood answers that better than a weekend ever will.

How it works

Book it, or ask a person. Both work.

  1. Pick a home and your dates

Every home has its own page with live availability. Where booking is open you can confirm the stay and pay there, and the total you see is the total. Stays start at 32 nights.

  2. Or send the dates and let us check

If your dates are flexible, the home is taken, or a company is paying, use the form instead. A person checks the calendar and replies by email with what fits and the full price, taxes and fees included.

  3. See the terms, then arrive

You get the written terms for the stay before anything is agreed — fixed term, stated end date, what is included. Then the door code, the parking, and a local number to text if something is wrong.

Not the right home, or not the right dates?

Tell us what you need and we will find it.

Send your dates, your area and how many people, and a person comes back to you with what fits and what it costs. Stays are 32 nights or more. Own a home in Nashville and want it earning this way, or provide a service we should know about? Say which on the form — each one goes to a different place.

Which are you?

No card details are ever asked for here. Prices on this page come from our live booking calendar; we confirm the full price in writing before anything is agreed.
