What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, mobile number, property address or ZIP, and answers to short questions about your rental (approximate property value, who manages it today, your timeline) when you request a revenue estimate, book a call, message us, or sign an agreement.
Information collected automatically: pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here (including Google and Meta click identifiers and campaign tags), device and browser type, and approximate location, via cookies and similar technologies including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (which records how visitors move through our pages, with text you type masked).
Public records: for Nashville short-term-rental permit holders we may use permit information published by Metro Nashville (owner of record, mailing address, permit dates) to send you information about our services by mail or email.
How we use it
To prepare your revenue estimate, schedule and hold consultations, send the confirmations and reminders you asked for, onboard and manage your property if you become a client, improve our website and advertising, and comply with law. We measure which ads lead to consultations and signed agreements by sending limited, hashed information (for example a hashed email) back to Google and Meta.
Text messages
By submitting a form with your mobile number, you agree Boost Rentals may text you about your estimate, appointments and your property. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not opted in, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any message. Transactional email (confirmations, agreements, statements) continues while you are a client.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate: our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel), website hosting (Squarespace, Vercel), analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity), e-signature and accounting providers, and cleaning and maintenance vendors as needed to service your property. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Email info@boost-rentals.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of ad personalization at Google (adssettings.google.com) and Meta (Ad preferences).
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date.
